Nico's Team was established in 2011 with one goal in mind: to provide a boutique-style real estate experience to their clients in Southwest Florida. Since then, they have done over $200+ million in real estate sales. In the last 12 months, Nico was fortunate enough to help 73 families for over $22M+. With industry experience, knowledge, and tools, the team knows how to navigate clients through what can be the brackish waters of a real estate transaction.

Nico was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador and is fluent in English and Spanish which is a major asset for conducting business here in Southwest Florida. After moving stateside to attend University in Connecticut, Nico began his career in real estate shortly after graduating with his Bachelors in Hospitality Management.

When Nico isn’t working, he takes up his time with his family by enjoying all the great things Collier and Lee Counties have to offer. As a well known and respected team, other agents understand their clients are their top priority and know the team will solidify any transaction. While their clients are their top priority, the team prides themselves in giving back to the community. The Humane Society of Naples is near and dear to their hearts and is one of the biggest reasons why the team does what the do.
